HOW TO DRESS
Evening dress is required - Carnival dress is recommended - A lounge suit with bow tie is obligatory for gentlemen - Black capes are for hire and bow ties for sale at the entrance of the Kursaal.
DRESSING UP CONTEST
A contest for the most beautiful costumes and the most original masks matching the theme is open to everyon. To sign up for the contest, please turn to the organizing committee at the entrance. The competitions final takes place around midnight in the Delvaux hall.
MUSIC AND DRINKS
Four Bands and Discos are playing in the different halls of the Kursaal . Drinks and snacks can only be paid with tickets which can be purchased in the halls.
HOW TO PURCHASE ENTRANCE TICKETS
Individual entrance tickets (30 Euro) and all further enquiries can be obtained with Toerisme Oostende vzw:

Pick up tickets or purchase tickets on the spot is only and exceptionally possible at the entrance of the Kursaal Oostende, entrance Monacoplein (box office): daily from 10.00 am till 1.00 pm and from 1.30 pm till 6.00 pm.

HOW TO BOOK A TABLE
Tables can be booked free of charge at the tourist office in one of the following halls: Hall of Honour, Delvaux hall or Hall of the Knights, according to availibility. Please indicate your choice. The reservation is valid till 10.00 pm.
PARKING
Four parkings are situated close to the Kursaal (Casino):
- Q-Park (underground just in front of the Casino)
- Kursaal 2 (Christinastraat)
- Zeeparking (Leopold II avenue)
- Parking Europacentrum.
